Due to cost share constraints, the requested budget should be limited. Tuition will not be included in the sponsor request and will be used to meet the cost share requirements. 

Description:

The 2 page maximum LOI should contain: 

-Topic Area

-List of project personnel

-UTD requested budget and associated cost share commitment details (include known cost share variables - tuition, cleanroom, faculty time, etc)

-Confirmed participants, including details of their cost share commitment and requested budget (reminder this program requires at least 3 unique participating organizations)

-Description of the project

-How does your program fit the solicitation goals and benefit UTD?

Letters of support from partners can be included and will not count against the page limit.
