Description:
To enable Ph.D. students in one country (the United States or Israel) to travel to the other country (Israel or the United States) in order to acquire new skills and techniques in their field of study. The exchange will promote collaboration between scientists of both countries and expose the student to the ongoing research in the other county in the area of his/her present and future research.
